Your Loveliness is a Mess

Your loveliness is such a mess.

I’d rather not clean it up.

Like a work of fine art, you tear me inside out.

Each time I look at you
I am frenzied to the caliber of a madman.

Laughing wildly
At everything that makes a sound.

When I dream of you, I wake up smiling,

Or sometimes crying.

This too, is a good thing.

Other times you keep me up all night knocking at my chest,

Beaming Your Beauty
And all I can do is stay up like this writing poetry.

And I've learnt to live with it, I've learned to like this.

Your loveliness is such a mess And I'd rather not clean it up.
